Utilitas Wind OÜ has launched an open tender for technical design basis support for the Audru e-fuels development in Pärnu, Estonia.
The objective of the assignment is to build on the completed feasibility study and provide the technical basis needed for the detailed planning and environmental assessment process. The work covers the planning-relevant design envelope, key input and output parameters, storage, logistics, utilities and technical descriptions for the potential e-methanol, e-SAF and e-methane pathways.
Qualified and interested companies are invited to submit their proposals by 17 August 2026 at 17:00 EEST.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in the Request for Proposal. Contract award is expected by the end of August 2026, subject to completion of the tender process and contract negotiations. The assignment is expected to start shortly after contract award, with final deliverables completed and invoiced no later than 18 December 2026.
