Contractor Design for Saare-Liivi Offshore Wind Park

Utilitas Wind OÜ has launched an open tender for Contractor Design  for the Saare-Liivi Offshore Wind Park (SLOWP). The objective of the tender is to develop a competitive offshore wind farm contractor design package that will serve as a basis for the next project phases, including future detailed design and the planning of construction and operations.

Qualified and interested companies are invited to submit their offers by 2 March 2026 at 13:00 (EET). Contract award is expected by 30 March 2026, subject to negotiations, and the works must be completed by 30 June 2026.
