Utilitas Wind invites proposals for a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the development of a Power-to-X facility using renewable electricity from the Saare-Liivi Offshore Wind Park. The study aims to deliver an investment-ready business case to support early engineering and strategic decision-making. The scope includes two work packages: 1) market & offtake analysis for e-fuels, and 2) technical and financial feasibility assessment. Offers must be submitted by 18 May 2025 at 23:59 (EEST).
